As a licensed therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. With over a decade of clinical experience and licenses in Arizona, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, I specialize in providing effective therapy services in a safe, caring environment that promotes personal growth, health, happiness, and spiritual well-being.

I have a passion for serving others and believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in determining successful treatment outcomes. I provide my clients with ethical, professional, and confidential services, striving to build a nonjudgmental, supportive space where understanding and trust can flourish.

I use an interactive style of therapy that involves assessments, questioning, reflecting, listening, and goal-setting. Each client is seen as an individual with unique strengths, and my approach is respectful, honest, and client-centered. I am level three trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, which has transformed relationships by offering practical tools rather than just talk therapy.

I am proud to offer a variety of therapy services, including individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, marathon couples therapy, workshops, and speaking engagements. My specialties include working with issues such as ADHD, affairs, anger, anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, grief, infertility, panic, parenting, physical abuse, premarital counseling, PTSD, sexual abuse, sexual dysfunction, and social anxiety.
